I had the pleasure of consulting with this team. They did my parent's and brother's roof. Very knowledgeable, good communication and good time management.
At the beginning I was greatly impressed with Bryan reports of the damage. I was told he would be out the day of roofing but we did not see or hear from him. After the roof was done the left over materials sat in our driveway and I had to call someone to come get them. Later, the bill has line items for extra materials needed, but there were left overs. Did not see a credit for that. We were told we would be notified when the new gutters were coming and that ended up being a call in the evening of the next day. I have no problems with the workmanship I just feel the communication ceased once the deposit check was written. All the things we were told would be done to our home to protect the windows and landscapeing was not completed. Later we were given an excuse based on the structure of our house. Communication is very important to a client , not only is it information, it also proves the supplier cares and is concerned for the client or maybe not...it has been 10+years.
We needed a roof inspection ASAP. I called Anchor Roofing and they were completely booked. I explained our situation and was told they would look into the possibility of getting someone sooner. Well, the same afternoon one of their guys came out and did an inspection. He wrote up the report, and we had it the same afternoon. I couldn’t believe it. And to top it off, we were told they would waive the service fee. We are so thankful to Anchor Roofing for their care, generosity, and service!
